  • Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and hotel approval.

  • Resort Fees: Sleeping room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable resort fees, reduced to $30 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax, to cover the following items and amenities (subject to change without notice):

    • Guestroom Wi-Fi access for up to 5 devices

    • Meeting Room Wi-Fi access for Meeting/Conference Attendees, within the attendee network, in all Meeting Rooms.

    • One fitness class per day in our Core Fitness Training Facility

    • One beach lounger daily per registered guest

    • 10% off cabana rentals

    • 1-hour non-motorized water sports

    • 1-hour bicycle rental

Guaranteed Reservations: To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the Event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date.
 

Cancellation Policy: Rooms cancelled for any reason less than 72 hours in advance will incur an individual cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable tax.
 

No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
 

PARKING INFORMATION

($10 will be discounted off of the prevailing overnight parking fees for meeting attendees):

Self-Parking: $47

Valet: $58

  • Hotel parking garage features 8 stories of parking, and two electric vehicle charging ports on the 2nd floor of the Parking Garage's entry side.

  • In/Out privileges for the parking garage are permitted for overnight resort guests only. In/Out privileges not permitted for hourly parking.

At this time, complimentary valet parking will be provided to guests requiring ADA assistance until further notice.
